### 1. What We Provide Mystic TV provides access to premium entertainment services through our available services, including **Inferno, Fury and Diablo**. Packages may vary by subscription length, service and number of simultaneous connections. Access details are provided once your order and payment have been successfully confirmed. ### 2. Your Account You are responsible for keeping your account and login details private and secure. You must not exceed the number of simultaneous connections included with your subscription. Connections associated with the same subscription are intended for use within the **same household** and must not be shared between separate households or publicly distributed. Misuse or unauthorised sharing may result in your subscription being suspended or terminated. ### 3. Acceptable Use Mystic services are supplied for **personal, non-commercial use only**. You must not resell, redistribute, rebroadcast, publicly share or otherwise commercially exploit access supplied through Mystic without explicit permission. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the service complies with any laws and regulations applicable in your location. ### 4. Service Availability We aim to provide a reliable and high-quality service, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. Individual channels, events, categories, movies, series and other content may occasionally become unavailable, change or be removed. Maintenance, technical issues and circumstances outside our control may also temporarily affect availability. ### 5. Free Trials Where available, free trials allow you to test a Mystic service on your own device and internet connection before purchasing. Trial availability, duration and included services may vary. Trials are intended to allow genuine prospective customers to evaluate the service and may be limited to **one trial per customer**. ### 6. Payments & Renewals Your subscription is activated once the required payment has been successfully confirmed. Available payment and renewal methods may vary. Where a subscription does not renew automatically, you are responsible for renewing it before expiry if you wish to continue using the service. Current renewal options and subscription information can be accessed through **My Account** or through Mystic support. ### 7. Suspension & Termination Mystic reserves the right to suspend or terminate access where there is evidence of account sharing, excessive connections, abuse of the service, fraudulent payment activity, attempted resale or another serious breach of these terms. ### 8. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms of Service when necessary to reflect changes to Mystic, our services or our policies. Continued use of Mystic following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. ### 9. Contact & Support If you need assistance with your subscription, setup or service, please contact the Mystic team through our **official Discord support channels**. For technical issues, please use the appropriate reporting or support area so our team can investigate the issue efficiently.

What Is Not Normally Covered Refunds are not normally provided for issues outside Mystic's reasonable control, including: - Problems with your internet connection or network. - Unsupported, faulty or incorrectly configured devices or applications. - VPN, ISP or local network interference. - Individual channels, events, movies or series becoming temporarily unavailable. - Changes to content or channel availability made by upstream providers. - Failure to follow setup instructions or reasonable troubleshooting steps provided by our support team. ### 4. Duplicate or Incorrect Orders If you accidentally make a duplicate payment or purchase the wrong package, **contact us as soon as possible**. Where possible, we will correct the order, move the payment to the appropriate service or otherwise resolve the issue. ### 5. Trials & Compatibility Where a free trial is available, we recommend using it before purchasing if you are unsure whether Mystic will work correctly with your device, application or internet connection. A successful trial can help confirm compatibility before committing to a paid subscription. ### 6. Requesting Support or a Refund If you experience a problem with your purchase, please contact us through our **official Discord support system** with your order information and details of the issue. Please give our support team a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve the problem before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback. We will always aim to resolve genuine problems as quickly and fairly as possible.
